IMMUNIZATION EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR YOUR PATIENTS

Informed patients, in conjunction with their healthcare providers, are key to keeping families and communities safe from preventable diseases. On this page you can find reliable and up-to-date educational resources that can be used with patients about vaccines and the diseases they prevent. Most are produced by the CDC, and are ready to be downloaded, copied, and distributed to patients.

Under each heading is a curated list of flyers, fact sheets, posters, job aids and videos. Also included are educational items that can be ordered at no charge from the NC Immunization Branch. Healthcare providers are parents’ most trusted source of vaccine information, and these materials are intended to complement personal education and advice delivered in the practice setting.
